Kevin Federline is going to court today to try to get custody of sons Sean Preston and Jayden James. After the latest rehab stunt Britney Spears pulled, I'm not so sure she's even in her right mind anymore to care for these children. I never thought I'd be saying this, but after Britney's recent partying, puking, shaving her head and checking in and out of two rehabs in one week (and spending less than 24 hours at each of them), the kids seem like they'd be better off with K-Fed. It's really sad because much like with Anna Nicole Smith's situation, there are children involved, very young children and we need to look after these kids because their parents can't.
