Will Britney be able to handle baby #2?

britney_spears_nearly_drops.jpg

Britney's latest work...

Oops, she did it again. Here's a new poem from Brtiney Spears that was posted on her site on Saturday May 20 and was then mysteriously removed within hours. For some reason, I was able to log onto BritneySpears.com and read the poem again today, but the site won't open again now. Anyway, I was able to get a copy of the poem.
She wrote, "This is for everyone who thinks they know me." I (and many others) think this poem is a direct hit at hubby Kevin Federline. However, you be the judge of that.

"Remembrance of Who I Am"

No more chains
That you gave me.

Enough of pain
Now I'm craving
Something sweet, so delight
How do you stand sleeping at night?

Silly patterns that we follow
You pull me in
I'm being swallowed.
By the ones you think you love
They pull you down
You can't see up above.

Manipulation is the key
They screw it in
Because you're naive.

You come to me now
Why do you bother?
Remember the Bible
The sins of the Father.

What you do
you pass down
No Wonder I lost my crown.

You don't see me now
You ask yourself why
My crown is back
And it's way to high
For you to be in my presence
Especially my son
You should bow down
I've only just bgeun.

The guilt you fed me
Made me weak.
The voodoo you did
I couldn't speak.

You're awakening
The phone is ringing
Resurrection of my soul
The fear I'm bringing.

What will you say
And what will you do?
She's not the same person you're used to.

You trick me once, twice, now it's three
Look who's smiling now
Damn, it's good to be me.

This is Britney Spears shouldn't write poetry...

Here is a poem Britney Spears posted on her website site November 10, 2004. It's about her honeymoon with
Kevin Federline.

Honeymoon Poem

A honeymoon at last, to get away from it all
My assistant Fe gave me the call.

I remember it well, as she was smilin'
She said it was called Turtle Island.

I packed my bags light and quick,
Then grabbed my pink dress & favorite lipstick.

We hopped on a plane and took our flight
I slept really well, all through the night.

As we arrive, I turn and look out the door,
People are greeting us right at the shore.

A meal, a shower and some ice cream
Then I threw my man down, you know what I mean!

Magical nights filled with stars
Silence is golden, no running cars.

Private dinners, romantic fires
Little piece of heaven, whatever your heart desires.

Friendly "hellos" and never goodbyes
When you're having fun, oh, how time flies!

As we sit and prepare to make our part
I thank you, Turtle Island, with all my heart!

~ Britney

Ok, people. Is it just me or does this seem like a fourth grader wrote it? Gross!! And by the way Brit, smilin' and island don't rhyme. Green Eggs and Ham must be the most extensive poetry she's ever read.

Let's hope this isn't what Shiloh actually looks like...

Joy to la-la land--Hollywood's Messiah is born!

I was in Key West when I got the news that Brangelina's baby was born. The bigger question is where were you? This has been a much anticipated summer on the baby front in Hollywood. Celebrities are giving birth right and left.
With the birth of Brangelina's offspring, no one is making a big deal about Suri Cruise anymore.

Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt was born Saturday May 27 in the late evening -- via C-section, according to People magazine -- in Namibia where her famous parents bunkered down weeks ago for the birth. Paparazzi have been staking out the place for over a month, trying to snap the million dollar shot, but considering the pack of lions guarding the hotel Pitt and Jolie were staying in, the money shot was (is) going to be a long shot. However, I have faith that the paparazzi will prevail, even if it costs them a limb.

The couple also have two adopted children, 4-year-old Maddox and 4-month-old Zahara.

In a statement to People magazine, Jolie thanked the staff of Cottage Medi-Clinic Hospital. Jolie's obstetrician from Los Angeles, Dr. Jason Rothbart, told People that he delivered the child, weighing seven pounds, by Caesarean section "due to breech presentation," and that the birth went "flawlessly."

But let's break down the meaning of the baby's name for fun.
Shiloh is "generally understood as denoting the Messiah, 'the peaceful one,' " according to Easton's Bible Dictionary, an 1897 work of biblical definitions.

Nouvel, the child's middle name most obviously translates from the French, meaning "new."

If you want to get technical, the baby's name means "new messiah."

LOVE, ANGEL, MUSIC, BABY BOY

In other important baby news, Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale welcomed their first child into the world on Friday May 26. The Associated Press reports that Kingston James McGregor Rossdale was born at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre, weighing 7.5 pounds. It is the first child for the couple; Rossdale also has a 16-year-old daughter.

Judge Clef was rooting for Taylor

Wyclef-Jean.jpg

Idol Madness

It was obvious that America wanted Taylor Hicks to win American Idol. At the A.I. viewing party on May 23, every seat in the venue, which was dubbed, "Club Idol" for the night, was taken. Taylor got a standing ovation, even though he wasn't actually there. People were going crazy screaming, "Taylor, I love you! The soul Patrol has got your back baby." There were a handful of people rooting for Catharine McPhee, but clearly the masses hadn't been infected with Mcpheever.

During commercial breaks, Wyclef Jean, Pauley Shore, Carlos Ponce and Tommy Davidson would comment on the performances. I really wish I could watch all TV shows with them because I hate commercials. Davidson and Shore did some hilarious stand up at the end of the night. Fort Lauderdale duo Black Violin tore it up with their hip-hop fiddle performance, but Wyclef stole the show at the end of the night. I have seen Wyclef perform about four times now and I never get tired of watching him. He always brings his audience a different show with many surprises. He opened with "No Woman No Cry" and went on to perform "Ready or Not" with a backing track from Lauryn Hill. After doing some backflips and a little break dancing, he leaped behind the drum set to pound out some island rhythms. His rendition of "Blue Suede Shoes" was sweet. I also enjoyed his version of "Guantanamera." He went on to do a freestyle political rap in English, Spanish and French, asking Prez Bush to bring the troops home and also rapped that if he could go back in time, he would've saved Princess Diana and Aaliyah as well as Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X and many other vital politcal figures. After seeing Baghdad ER on HBO last week, I especially wish the troops could come home.
But since Americans seem more interested in American Idol, I should get back to that. Deco Drive was broadcasting live from the venue and anchor Louis Aguirre is quite an idol himself with the local ladies. Piercing screams of "Louie, Louie!" filled the air. Hundreds of people called into work sick to snag the free tickets to the Idol party, which were distributed last week. Within an hour, all the tickets were gone.
After the show was over, Wyclef went to Saints and Sinners bar inside Hollywood Choppers to have a shot before hopping a flight to the south of France. Viva la Wyclef!!!

I'm happy for Nick Lachey. Since his divorce to Jessica Simpson, he finally has solo career success. His new album, What's left of Me, has sold 172,000 copies. That's as many copies as his prior solo album, SoulO, has sold since its 2003 release. It spent two weeks on the chart.

His former boyband, 98 Degrees, had only one week bigger than this, when fourth album Revelation opened at No. 2 in 2000 with 276,000 copies.

Some lucky creep snagged bags like this from Mrs. Hilton

p10919379_ph_hero.jpg

No gifts for mama Hilton

Paris Hilton's mother Kathy Hilton didn't get jack for Mother's Day, but's it's not because her shopaholic daughter forgot to hit the mall. Paris purchased nearly $10,000 worth of Christian Dior shoes, sunglasses, handbags and perfume for her mommy. A delivery person set the package down outside the Kathy's home gate to ring the intercom when a passenger in a passing car snatched the gifts.

"She spent three or four hours shopping to put together this wonderful collection of things for her mom," Hilton family spokesman Elliot Mintz said.

"A fellow just whizzed by and grabbed the package," Mintz said.

The Hilton family celebrated Mother's Day by going out to dinner, he said.

Well, Paris and Nicky should've dropped off the loot in person! If any normal person bought 10 grand worth of swag for their mama, they would've delivered it right into her hands! Oh, well. It's not like she can't afford to do it all over again tomorrow.

Club Mansion loses a good man...

I was saddened today to learn that one of Mansion's longtime bouncers, John Williams, was stabbed to death outside of the Miami Beach club on Saturday May 13. Williams, who worked at Mansion for a decade, was trying to break up a fight in front of the club when he was stabbed and died on the scene.
At least five people were involved in the incident, which started around 5:26 a.m., Miami Beach police said.

According to spokesman Bobby Hernandez, two other people were transported to area hospitals. One was stabbed in the neck and was listed in critical condition. The other was being treated for a severed finger.

Three males believed to be responsible for Williams' death appeared in bond court today.
25 year-old Glenn Walker, 34 year-old Trevor Grant and 30 year-old Elbin Castro were charged with second degree murder.

''Tragically, he died as a result of his heroic action,'' said Vanessa Menkes of Mansion. ``John stopped to help end a fight. We are deeply devastated by the loss of one of our most beloved longtime associates.''

If you knew John and would like to email me a favorite memory or any kind words regarding him, please feel free. Also keep his mother in your thoughts. It's never easy to lose anyone you love, especially in the early hours of Mother's Day.

Admit it Ashlee!

Why can't celebrities just admit when they have plastic surgery? It's so obvious. Maybe they're all just pathological liars.

Ashlee Simpson was interviewed by the Associated Press May 10. She's laughing off rumours kind of the same way she laughed off the SNL lip-synching debacle.

When asked about whether or not she had a nose job, Simpson said: "Everybody's already saying it, so I just don't talk about it. I'm like, OK, whatever. It doesn't bother me."

But when asked whether the rumor was true, the 21-year-old singer didn't confirm or deny it. (This is a classic move celebrities love to make). She instead chose to giggle on. Then she said, "Maybe - who knows."

I don't get what the big deal is. It's not like she can hide it. It's right in the middle of her face! With all these lies, that bump is going to grow back.

Jackie Chan is the man

Ever wonder which celebrities are the least greedy?

Forbes.com has named Jackie Chan one of 10 generous celebrities, placing the Hong Kong action film star among the ranks of Bono, Oprah Winfrey and Angelina Jolie.

Chan, who set up the Jackie Chan Charitable Foundation, gave $64,000 to UNICEF to help tsunami victims in Asia in December 2004, and recently donated $100,000 to Chrysalis, a Los Angeles-based charity for the homeless.

Besides Chan, Bono, Winfrey and Jolie, the other generous celebrities identified by Forbes.com are Nicolas Cage, Sandra Bullock, Steven Spielberg, Celine Dion, Paul McCartney and California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.

That's why the lady is a vamp...

In case you are way too into the old Anne Rice or you simply feel like you were adopted, thrown into suburbia and denied knowledge of your vampire heritage, you can learn your vampire name at:

http://www.emmadavies.net/vampire/default.aspx

My vampire name is:
Ella West

Known in some parts of the world as:
Curse of The Steely Moon

The Great Archives (which I don't know how great they are) say:
I'm a child of the Moon Goddess - Cold, determined, but of the light in the night.

K-Fed up?

30251383.jpg

Kevin Federline postponed his Mansion appearance in Miami from last weekend and is planning to reschedule mid-May. A lot of has been happening on the Britney Spears/K-Fed front. Spears is rumored to be pregnant with their second child. However, I've been scouring the web for evidence, but since her publicist isn't denying it, then
it's likely true.

So despite the rumors that Britney's supposedly dissing K-Fed's chances at musical stardom, he insists she's behind him 100%.

Federline just told Extra "My wife loves what I do. She is so for everything that I'm doing right now. That's the biggest thing for me, too, because if she wasn't supportive of it, I'd probably give it up." He also said that Spears keeps him calm, adding, "When I get wild up over stuff, she's like, 'Sit back, think about it, make sure it's the right decision that you're going to make.'"

Federline will release his debut album, Playing With Fire, in August.

Spears is back in the studio working on an album too.
Here are some songs I think she should record:

1. Oops I did it again and again
2. The K-Fed blues
3. Drop my baby one more time
4. I'm not a girl, not yet a woman and not ready to be a mom.
